Chat with Borelli
Ask training questions or have it log food.
Tap the Borelli tab.
Type in Ask Borelli... and tap the send arrow.
Borelli can answer training and nutrition questions. It can also:
Log food. This saves right away. Tap Undo on the card to remove it.
Log a workout you already did. This saves right away.
Set your daily nutrition target. This saves right away. If your coach sets your targets, Borelli cannot change them.
Common questions
Why can't Borelli change my program?
Your coach manages your program. Borelli cannot change it.
Is this a doctor or a trainer?
No. Borelli is an automated assistant, not a human trainer, doctor, or dietitian.
It says "AI Insights is not enabled."
Your coach's plan does not include Borelli chat. Ask your coach.
It says "AI usage limit reached."
Your coach's plan reached its usage limit. Ask your coach.
I don't see the Borelli tab.
Your organization turned off Borelli. Ask your coach.
