Message your coach
Open chat from Home and send text or files.
Go to the Home tab.
Tap the chat icon at the top right.
If you are in a group, a Messages list opens. Pick your coach's name for a private chat, or pick the group. If you are not in a group, your coach's chat opens right away.
Type in the Message box and tap send.
To send a photo, video, or file, tap the + button next to the message box. Then choose Take photo, Choose photo or video, or Choose document.
Photos and documents can be up to 25 MB. Videos can be up to 500 MB.
Common questions
I do not see a chat icon on Home.
Your coach's plan does not include chat. Ask your coach.
