Tap support@demotuapp.com to write an email in your mail app.
At some gyms, a Membership & Personal Training note shows at the top. Demotu support cannot cancel your gym membership or personal training. Contact your gym for that.
Report a bug
Tap Report a Bug.
Enter a Title. You can use up to 120 characters.
Under What happened, describe the problem.
Optional: fill in Steps to reproduce.
Pick a Severity. It starts on Medium. The choices are Low (minor issue), Medium (affects my workflow), High (I can't finish a task), and Critical (the app is unusable).
Optional: under Attachments, tap Add to add up to 5 photos or videos from your phone. Tap the x on a picture to remove it.
Tap Submit Bug Report.
You see "Thanks for reporting!" Tap Done.
Request an integration
Use this to ask for a connection to another app, such as Garmin or MyFitnessPal.
Tap Request Integration.
Under Integration, enter the name of the app.
Under How you'd use it, say what data or workflow you want connected.
Optional: add up to 5 photos or videos under Attachments.
Tap Submit Request.
You see "Thanks, we've received your request." Tap Done.
Common questions
Submit Bug Report is greyed out.
Fill in Title and What happened first.
Submit Request is greyed out.
Fill in Integration and How you'd use it first.
It says "Limit reached".
You sent too many reports in a short time. Wait and try again later. Or email support.
Will I get a reply to a bug report?
The screen only says Demotu will look into it. If you need an answer, email support.
