Add many clients or staff members at once
Add up to 500 clients or staff members from one file on web.

Use mass upload to add many clients, or many staff members, from one file. You can add up to 500 in one file. Mass upload is on web only.
Add many clients
On Home, open the Clients tab.
Next to New Client, select the upload icon (Mass Upload Clients).
In the Mass Upload Clients window, select Download Template. You get a CSV file with two sample rows.
Fill in the file. Only first name and last name are required. To create an app account for a row, add an email and type yes in the create_account column.
Select the upload box, or drag your file onto it.
If the file has problems, a list shows the row, field, and error. Fix the file and upload it again.
On the Review step, check each row. Under Quick Assignment - Apply to All Clients, pick a value and select Apply to set every row at once. You can set a Client profile, a coach, Tags and Groups. Some of these show only when your account uses them. You can still change each row in the table.
Select the import button, like Import 2 Clients.
Check the Results step, then select Close & Refresh.
Add many staff members
Open Admin, then the Staff tab.
Select the upload icon at the end of the buttons (Mass Upload Coaches).
Under Step 1: Download Template, select Download Template. You get an Excel file with two sample rows.
Fill in first name, last name, email and role for each person. All four are required. The role is Coach or Team Admin. Org admins can also use Org Admin. If your organization has more than one team, you can also fill in a team.
Under Step 2: Upload Your File, select the box, or drag your file onto it. If the file has problems, a list shows the row, field, and error. Fix the file and upload it again.
On the Review step, check each row. Under Quick Assignment - Apply to All Coaches, pick a Role or a Team and select Apply to set every row at once. You can still change each row in the table.
Select the import button, like Import 2 Coaches.
Check the Results step, then select Close & Refresh.
Words such as "coach" follow your staff label. To add one person, see Add a staff member.
Common questions
How many can I upload?
Up to 500 in one file. For clients, it must be a CSV file. For staff, use the Excel template. A CSV file also works.
Why did some rows fail?
The Results step lists each row as Success or Failed. A common cause is an email that already has an account. For clients, the message reads "An error occurred. Please check whether an account already exists with this email."
Do I need a client's date of birth and gender?
Only for jump height scores. Without them, jump heights show as N/A.
Can I upload on mobile?
No. Mass upload is on web only.
