See a client's wearable data
See a client's shared recovery, sleep and strain on web or mobile.
Where: Web or mobile app, for coaches
See a client's recovery, sleep, and strain from a connected wearable. You see data only after the client shares a connected wearable with you.
Steps
Tap Clients (the people icon) in the bottom bar and open the client.
Tap the Health tab (heart icon). If you do not see it, see "Why is there no Health tab?" below.
If the client shared more than one wearable, tap its name at the top to switch.
You see a card for each main signal: sleep, recovery and strain. Each card shows the latest value. When data is available, it also shows a short list of factors behind it.
Tap a card. The Shared wearable history screen opens with the client's name and the metric.
Above the chart, pick a range: Week, Month, 3M or 6M.
Touch and drag along the chart to read the value for a day.
Common questions
Why don't I see anything on web?
The client has not connected a source or has not shared it with you. The tab shows "No shared wearable data." Consultation-only clients do not have this tab. Guest clients do not have it either.
I do not see the Wearables tab on web.
Some accounts don't have the Wearables tab yet.
Why is there no Health tab on mobile?
The tab shows only when all of these are true:
The client connected a wearable and turned on sharing with their coach.
The wearable is still connected.
You have full access to the client. If you see the client only through a consultation, the tab is hidden.
What does "No ... history shared for this range" mean?
The message names the metric, for example "No Recovery history shared for this range". Pick a longer range, or wait until the client shares more data.
Can I change the client's data?
No. You can only view it.
