Find your way around a client's Profile tab
See what the Profile tab holds and where to edit it.
Where: Web, for coaches
The Profile tab holds what you know about one client, such as goals, injuries, and lifestyle. Each piece is a field, and fields sit in sections.
Steps
Open the client and select the Profile tab.
Look at the top of the tab. The client's name shows with the profile type under it. At the right are three buttons: Forms & Check-ins, Change Profile, and Mass Edit.
Read the sections. Each section is a card with its fields, such as Goals & Motivation, Injuries and Medical History, or Lifestyle. Which sections show depends on the client's profile type.
Look below the sections. You may also see Progress Photos (inside the Testing section), Equipment Preferences, an InBody card, and Scoring Profile.
To add a new value to one field, select the + (Add new record) button on that field.
To read a field's past values, select the history icon on the field. Its tooltip says View history, or View history & chart if the field can be charted. A field has the icon only after it has a saved value.
To add a field to a section, select Add Field on that section.
To fill in many fields at once, select Mass Edit, type or pick the new values, then select Save Changes. See Edit a client's profile.
To use a different set of sections, select Change Profile. See Change a client's profile type.
Common questions
What does Forms & Check-ins do?
It opens a panel where you send the client a form, once or on a schedule, and read the answers. See Create a form and send it to a client.
Does Mass Edit replace old values?
No. Each value is saved as a new record. The old values stay in the field history.
Can I see the profile on mobile?
Yes. On mobile, open the client, then select Profile on Home.
Why do two clients show different sections?
Each client has a profile type. The type decides which sections and fields show.
