Choose who can see and change a template
Pick Personal, Team or Organization and know who can edit a template.

Every template has a level. The level decides who can see it. This is for coaches in an organization. Org admins and org programmers manage organization templates.
Steps
Open Templates and pick a tab.
Select the filter that says All Templates. Pick Personal, Organization, or Team to see one level. Each row shows its level under Type.
To make a template, select New Workout (or New Block or New Program). Section templates have no level choice. In the form, open Type (Template Type on blocks and programs) and pick a level:
Personal: only you can see it.
Team: coaches on your team can see it. Pick the team.
Organization: every coach in your organization can see it.
Finish the form and select Create (Create Template for a block, Create Program for a program).
You see Organization if you are an org admin. On web, org programmers see it only for block templates. You see Team only if you belong to a team. If you do not see the choice, the template is personal.
On mobile, the create screen has a level button that says Personal at first. Tap it and pick Personal, Organization, or Team. On mobile, org admins and org programmers see Organization, and team admins see Team.
Share with franchisees
Only some organizations have this. A parent organization can share templates with its locations. On an organization template or folder, select Share with franchisees. The message asks "Share Template with Franchisees?" or "Share Folder with Franchisees?" Select Share. To stop, select Unshare from franchisees, then Unshare.
Common questions
Who can create and change organization templates?
Org admins and org programmers can change them. Who can create them is in the steps above. Other coaches can use organization templates, but not change them. To change one, ask an org admin or org programmer. Team admins can also change their team's templates.
Why do I see an eye icon instead of a pencil?
You can only view that template. Templates shared from a parent organization are view only. You can still assign them.
Can I still use a template I cannot change?
Yes. You can assign it to a client. On mobile, you can also open it and tap Duplicate to make your own copy. Web hides Duplicate for coaches who cannot manage organization templates.
Who can delete a template?
Org admins and org programmers can delete organization templates. Team admins can also delete their team's templates. Templates shared from a parent organization cannot be deleted by the other organizations.
Why can't I assign a personal or team template to a client?
Some clients have locked tags. For those clients you can only assign organization templates. Demotu says "This client has locked tags. Pick an Organization template to continue."
