Share learning videos and onboarding with your coaches
Share videos in the app and run onboarding checklists for new coaches.

Share training videos with your coaches or clients. Give new coaches an onboarding checklist and verify their steps. Each set of videos shows in its own section of the mobile app. Coaches see the coach videos. Clients see the client videos.
Steps
Watch the videos your organization shares
You see Learning only if you are in an organization that has shared at least one video for coaches. Org admins see both the coach videos and the client videos.
Tap the + button, then tap Learning.
If the videos are in sections, tap a section to open it. All sections start closed. Videos that are not in a section are under Other. If there are no sections, you see one list.
Tap a video. It opens full screen and starts to play.
Tap the close button at the top right when you are done.
Finish your onboarding checklist
Open Account, then Coach Forms, and tap the checklist.
Common questions
Where do people see the videos?
In the mobile app menu. Clients see a menu item with the section name you chose. Coaches see a menu item named Learning. The screen it opens shows your section name. The menu item shows only when at least one video is uploaded.
What if I don't pick a category?
Videos with no category show in their own group.
I see "Video file must be under 100MB."
Choose a smaller file.
Where do I add videos?
Org admins add them on the web, in the steps above.
I do not see the onboarding card.
No checklist is assigned to you, or your organization has turned off these tools. Ask your org admin.
Can I verify my own steps?
No. A lead verifies them.
What does Send back do?
The coach sees the step as Sent back and can do it again.
A coach's status says In progress. What does it mean?
They have started, but not every step is verified yet. Other statuses are Not started and Done.
How do I make an onboarding checklist?
You cannot build one in Settings. Contact support. Support can also set a checklist to go to new coaches automatically.
I do not see Onboarding in the menu.
Your organization has no onboarding checklist yet, or it turned off these tools. Contact support.
