Build staff forms, see the report, and fill in your monthly plan.
Where: Web or mobile app, for admins and coaches
Staff forms are monthly plans that coaches fill in. Your organization must use staff forms. Only org admins build the forms. Org, staff and team admins can see how coaches are doing.
Steps
Admins can open a coach's forms in the app. Open the + menu, tap Coaches (your staff label), tap the person, then tap Coach Forms under Performance. To fill in your own forms, open the + menu, tap Settings, then tap Coach Forms.
Common questions
I do not see these tools.
Some organizations turn them off. Coaches may also not be in an organization. Ask your org admin.
A coach left. Can their plans move to another coach?
Yes. Open the Coach Forms window for that coach and use Transfer history. Choose the form and the replacement coach. It moves every saved entry of that form.
It says "Couldn't save. Your answers are still here."
Check your connection and select Retry.
