Build evaluation scorecards
Build scorecards on web, then score a coach on web or mobile.
Where: Web or mobile app, for admins
A scorecard is a checklist you score a coach against. Each scorecard is its own evaluation type, like a consultation audit or a floor-coaching check. Org admins build scorecards on web. Org, staff, and team admins can then score a coach on web or mobile and watch their progress over time.
Steps
Org admins build scorecards on the web. You can score a coach from the app.
Open the + menu, tap Coaches (your staff label), then tap the person.
Under Performance, tap Evaluations.
Tap New Evaluation.
If you have more than one scorecard, pick the one to use.
Fill in each item. Items marked BONUS add extra points. A box lets you Add notes…. The running score shows at the bottom, like "Score: 12/15". It also shows the percent and what you need to pass.
Tap Save evaluation.
Past evaluations show Pass or Fail and who did them. Score trend shows the scores over time. To compare a different scorecard, tap its name above the trend.
To delete one, tap the delete icon on its row, then confirm in Delete evaluation. You cannot undo it.
Common questions
What are the item types?
Scored items count toward the pass percent. Bonus items add extra points. Text box items are for notes and have no score.
Can team admins see every scorecard?
Only the scorecards you tick for Team admins show for them.
How do I delete a scorecard?
Select the trash can next to the scorecard name. Then select Delete in the Delete evaluation type? window. Past evaluations keep their scores. You can only delete a scorecard when you have more than one.
I do not see the Coach Evaluations card or Evaluations.
Some organizations turn these tools off. Contact support. Evaluations also hides if no evaluation type is open to your level. You may see "No evaluation types are available at your permission level." On mobile you also need to be an org, staff or team admin.
Can I edit the scorecard itself?
Contact your org admin. Org admins manage scorecards in the Coach Evaluations card on the Settings tab.
Can I see results for all coaches?
Yes. Open Admin, then the Org Reporting tab. In the report picker, pick Coach Evaluations. The word is your staff label.
It says "No evaluations yet."
Select New Evaluation to record the first one.
