Export assessment data
Export results to CSV or Excel, or send or download a PDF report.
Where: Web or mobile app, for coaches
Take assessment results out of Demotu. On web you can export data as a CSV or Excel file for one client, chosen clients, or all clients. You can also send or download a PDF report. On mobile you can only email or share a PDF.
Steps
Open the client's finished assessment results.
Tap Generate PDF.
On the Assessment PDF page, tap Email to Client or Share.
Common questions
I do not see any export buttons.
Your organization has turned off data exports. The PDF icon, Export, Export Assessment Data and Export CSV are all hidden then. On mobile, Generate PDF is hidden. There is no switch for this in the app. Contact support@demotuapp.com.
Why is Export CSV missing on one assessment?
It shows only on assessments with a set of movements. It does not show on joint comparison results. It also does not show if exports are turned off.
I do not see the PDF icon.
It is not shown when you are comparing sessions. Open a single session. Also check that exports are on.
I see "Unable to generate PDF. Please try again."
Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, contact support. A failed download says "Unable to download PDF. Please try again."
Did the email send?
You will see "Email sent!" If you see "Unable to email PDF. Try downloading it instead.", use Download PDF.
The email did not arrive. What do I do?
Check the client's email address. Then select Download PDF and send the file yourself. Contact support@demotuapp.com if the problem continues.
Why are suggested exercises missing from the PDF?
On web, open Setup, then Batteries & preferences. Turn on Include exercise recommendations in assessment PDFs.
