Find an assessment and track progress
Find a session, read its results, set a baseline and see progress over time.
Where: Web or mobile app, for coaches
Use the client's Assessments tab to find a session, read its results, and see how scores change over time. A baseline is the result that later results are compared to. You set a baseline for each movement, not for a whole assessment. If you do not tag a baseline, the client's first assessment is used as the baseline.
Steps
Read the results
Open the client, go to the Assessments tab, and choose a date. You see:
Score: the overall score at the top of the results.
Insights: the tabs Concerns, Exercises, Symmetry, and Breakdown. A tab shows only when it has data. Breakdown shows Overall, Comp, Mobility, and Stability.
Notes: tap to add notes.
Borelli Summary: a written AI summary. Tap the chat button on the card to chat with Borelli about it. To turn it on or off, open Setup, then Coaching Preferences, then AI summary. If your organization turned off AI summaries, the switch does not show.
Set a baseline
Organization admin accounts cannot tag a baseline on mobile.
At the end of an in-person assessment: check Tag as baseline (below the Complete Assessment button), then tap Complete Assessment. The checkbox shows only when the client already has an assessment.
On a result: open the result, tap the ... menu on a movement, then tap Tag as baseline.
See progress
On the client's Assessments tab, Change since baseline shows how scores moved. The client's Home tab shows Since baseline for each movement after two assessments, and Since last assessment after three.
Reassess on a schedule
Send a repeating assessment. Set Repeat to Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, or Monthly. See Send a repeating assessment and manage your assignments.
Common questions
Can I change the baseline?
Yes. Open the ... menu on the movement and select Remove baseline tag. Then tag a different result.
Where do I see progress across many clients?
On web, open Reporting in the left bar. See Find your reports and see trends across your clients.
What does "Pending" on a card mean?
The session has no score yet. The score shows when the assessment is complete.
Why does the list say "No sessions found"?
No session matches your filters. Change the movement or the dates, or select Clear. With a movement chosen, the second line names the movement. With All, it says "No sessions have been created yet." That line also shows when you set dates and the client has sessions outside those dates. Select Clear.
Why does a movement not show in the list?
The list shows only movements in the sessions that are loaded. If you use Load more, new movements can appear.
What is "Session Details"?
In a narrow browser window, the details do not show beside the list. Select a card and a Session Details window opens. Widen the window to see the details beside the list.
Why is a score lower than I expected?
Scores follow your scoring profile. On web, the Scoring Model icon next to the date opens a PDF that explains how scores work. On mobile, tap Scoring Model.
Can I add the suggested exercises to a program?
Yes. On web, use the buttons in Exercise Recommendations: Create New Workout, Add to Existing Workout, or Add to Homework. On mobile, use Create Workout or Add to Homework on the Exercises tab.
