Where: Web, for admins and solo coaches

Consultation Settings

Use the Settings tab to turn consultations on and choose how they work. Open Admin, then Consultation, then the Settings sub-tab. Solo coaches find the same page in Setup, under Consultation settings.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings tab.

  2. At the top right, find the switch. It says Setup Mode when consultations are off and Live when they are on. Turn it to Live when you are ready. This saves right away. Once it is Live, a Consultation button (an icon with the tooltip "Consultation") shows at the top of each client's page.

  3. Under General Settings, turn each option on or off. Email Signed Documents to Clients and Draft Mode for Recommendations start on.

    • Email Signed Documents to Clients. Clients get an email with their signed document right after they sign.

    • Draft Mode for Recommendations. You review and change the AI recommendation before you show the client.

    • Auto-Generate Recommendations. The AI prepares the recommendation in the background once screening and assessment are done.

    • Package Pricing Mode. Pick EFT / Paid in Full (individual packages) or Per-Session Grid (rate matrix). Some organizations do not see this option.

    • Hide Package Pricing. Hides prices during the consultation.

    • Generate Workout from Consultation. Lets coaches make a workout from the recommendation card. When it is on, you can also set Auto-Generate Workout, a Default Equipment Template, a Default Workout Type, Default Custom Instructions, and Exercise Source.

    • Enable Preview Link. Makes a demo link of the consultation. Set a Passcode. Organizations also see a Preview URL. To copy it, select the link icon next to it (Copy link). Solo coaches do not see a Preview URL.

  4. Under AI Configuration, pick a Tone: Clinical, Fitness, or Sports. It starts as Fitness. To add your own wording, type in Custom Prompt.

  5. Under Card Order, use the arrows to move cards up or down. The built-in cards are Health Screening, Movement Assessment, and AI Recommendation. If your organization has InBody connected, you also see an InBody card.

  6. Under Built-in Cards, you can rename a card, hide or show it with the eye icon, and change its colors (Start, End, Border). On Health Screening, Require Signature on Health Screening starts on. Turn it off if clients do not need to sign. Use Add Question to add screening questions. Each question has a Type (Yes / No, Scale (1-10), Text, or Multiple Choice), Req for required, and Sync to Profile to save the answer to a profile Section and Field. On AI Recommendation, change the Button Label (it starts as "Generate Recommendation"). On InBody, pick the Manual Entry Fields coaches fill in when InBody data is not available yet.

  7. Under Custom Cards Configuration, select Add Card (or Create Your First Card) to make your own card, such as an intake form. Give it a Card Title, a Description (optional), and colors (Gradient Start, Gradient End, Border Color). Select Add Field to add fields.

  8. Select Save Changes at the top right.
