Workout Compliance

Workout Compliance shows how many of the workouts you assigned each client finished. Use it to spot who is falling behind.

Steps

  1. Select Reporting, then choose Workout Compliance.

  2. Pick a time range from the dropdown that shows Last 30 Days. You can also pick Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Current Month, or Pick Month. If you pick Pick Month, a Select Month window opens. Choose a month there.

  3. To find someone, type in the box that says Search clients or trainers....

  4. If you have groups, use the All groups dropdown to show one group.

  5. Select a column heading, such as Client, Trainer, Assigned, Completed, or Compliance, to sort.

  6. To save the table, select Export CSV.

Above the table, a line such as "0 of 14 assigned workouts completed (0%)" shows the total. Assigned is how many program workouts were due in the period. Completed is how many the client finished. Compliance is completed divided by assigned.
