Pay a payment request from your coach
Check the amount and type, then pay it.
Open the payment request from the email or notification your coach sent. You can also open the Payments screen and choose Pay now on a request under Pending.
On the Payment Request screen, check the amount, who it is From, the Type and the Description. The type is Subscription or One-time Payment.
Choose the button that says Pay followed by the amount. If it says Preparing..., wait a moment.
Enter your card in the secure Stripe form and confirm. For a subscription, the Stripe form button says Subscribe.
You see Payment Successful and "Your payment has been processed successfully!" when it works. Choose OK.
Common questions
What if I see "Payment Failed"?
The message under it is the reason from Stripe. Check your card details and try again, or use a different card.
What if it says "Request not found. Please double check you are in the correct account."?
Make sure you are signed in to the account your coach invited.
Is my card safe?
Yes. The screen says "Secure checkout is provided by Stripe."
