Update your card for a subscription
Enter a new card in the secure Stripe form.
Open the Payments screen and choose Manage subscriptions. The page is called My Subscriptions and says "Manage your recurring payments."
Find the subscription.
Choose Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card in the secure Stripe form and confirm.
You see "Payment method updated successfully!" when it works.
Common questions
Why is there no Update Payment Method button?
The button shows only while the subscription is active or in a free trial, and is not set to end.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Choose Cancel Subscription, then Yes, Cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What does "Cancels on" mean?
On the Next billing line, it is the date your subscription will end.
What if it says "Failed to update payment method"?
Try again or use a different card.
