See your upcoming sessions and join a group class

Your sessions and classes show on the Training tab. This article covers seeing them and joining group classes. To book a one-on-one session, see "Book a session." To cancel one, see "Cancel a session."

See your upcoming sessions

1. Open the Training tab.

2. Find the Sessions card. It shows your next session with the date, time, length, and whether it is In person or Virtual.

3. Tap your next session to see its details.

4. To see all of them, tap See all (3). The number is how many you have. This link shows when you have two or more.

The Upcoming sessions screen lists everything you booked, including group classes. If you have none, it says Nothing booked yet. A button there can take you to Book a session or Browse classes.

If your organization does not offer booking and you have nothing booked, the Sessions card does not show.

Join a virtual session

When a session is virtual, a Join virtual session button shows on the Sessions card. It appears 15 minutes before the start and stays until the session ends. You can also open the session and tap Join virtual session.

Join a group class

1. On the Sessions card, tap Group classes. It shows how many are upcoming.

2. Pick a class. The list is grouped by day. Each row shows the time and length. When only 1 to 5 spots are left, it shows 1 spot left or 3 spots left. A class that is past its booking cutoff says Booking closed.

3. The Review class screen shows the time, the coach, the place, and the booking and cancellation rules. If the class uses a session pass, it shows how many you have left.

4. Tap Confirm class.

You see "Class booked" at the top. Tap View to open the class.

Leave a group class

1. Open the class from Upcoming sessions or the Sessions card.

2. On Class details, tap Leave class.

3. The app asks Leave this class? It tells you if you lose a session pass. Tap Leave class to confirm. Tap Keep class to stay.

Leave class shows only when your coach lets you cancel the class and the class has not started.

Session passes

If your coach gave you session passes, the Sessions card shows a row for each one with how many are left. A booking that uses a pass takes one. If you leave in time, the pass goes back to you. A late cancellation can use up the pass.

Common questions

I do not see Group classes.

The row shows only when there are classes you can book. Ask your coach if you expect to see some.

It says "Session pass required".

You have no passes left for this class. Contact your coach to get more. You cannot buy passes in the app yet.

It says "Booking closed" or "This class is no longer available to book".

The class is full, started, or past its booking cutoff. Pick another class.

Is there a waitlist?

No. The app does not have a waitlist.
