Log sets in Focus mode

Your workout opens in Focus mode. It shows one set at a time. If you switched to List last time, it opens in List.

  1. Read the target under Programmed.

  2. Under Log what you did, enter your numbers. The boxes match your plan, such as Reps and Weight.

  3. Tap Log set. If you type nothing, the app logs the programmed numbers.

  5. Repeat for each set. After the last set, the screen says All sets done. Tap Finish workout.

These buttons help along the way:

  • Did it as written: logs the rest of the sets as planned

  • Skip set (the forward arrow) and the back arrow: move between sets

  • Skip exercise: moves on to the next exercise

  • Replace exercise (the swap icon): swaps the exercise. It shows when your coach allows changes to the workout, or when the exercise has other versions to pick from.

  • Comments (the chat bubble icon): leave a comment on the exercise for your coach

  • History: shows your past sets for this exercise. It shows only when you have done the exercise before.

  • PRs: shows your Max Weight, @ Reps, Est. 1RM, and Workouts for this exercise. It shows after you set a PR on an exercise with a weight.

Common questions

It asks "Finish workout without any sets logged?"

You have not logged any sets. Tap Continue to rate the workout and mark it done anyway. Tap Cancel to go back.

I tapped Start now and it asks "Do Tuesday's workout today?"

The workout is planned for another day. Tap Move to today to do it today. Tap Keep on Tuesday to keep its date. Move to today does not show for group workouts.

I do not see Replace exercise or Add exercise.

Your coach controls this. Ask your coach to allow changes to your workouts. Replace exercise can also show for an exercise that has other versions to pick from.

The Rest screen does not show.

It shows only when your coach set a rest time for that set.
