See your training plan and exercise progress

See your week, plan, and progress.

Where: Mobile app

Open the Training tab. It shows your week, your plan, and your progress. Some parts show only when your coach or organization turned them on.

Your week

  • The day cards at the top show your workout for each day. Swipe a card to move between days.

  • The week strip below the cards shows a check mark for a day you trained, a barbell for a planned workout, a moon for a rest day, and a small dot when nothing is planned. Tap a day to jump to it.

  • A day with no workout says Nothing planned or Rest day.

  • To see the whole month, tap M at the top right. To go back, tap W. The month shows Completed, Comments, and Scheduled days.

Cards under your week

  • Homework: shows when your coach gave you homework. See "Use your homework."

  • Tracked sessions: shows workouts from your wearable for the day you picked. It shows only when you connected a health source. It follows the day you pick in the week strip. If there is nothing, it says "No wearable sessions tracked for this date."

  • Sessions: your next session and group classes. See "See your upcoming sessions and join a group class."

  • Your lifts: shows up to four exercises you do most, with your best weight and a small chart. It shows after you log workouts.

  • Your week (Sunday evening) or Last week (Monday): a recap of how many workouts you did and your top PR.

Your plan

At the bottom, the Current block card shows the block your coach set up.

  • It shows the block name, Week 2 of 8 style progress, and how many workouts you finished.

  • Tap the block to open it.

  • Tap View all blocks to see all of your blocks. Use the filters All, Current, Future, and Past. You can read your blocks. Only your coach changes them.

If you have no active block, the card shows Blocks instead. If your coach lets you build your own workouts, the card also shows My workouts.
