Check your payout timing and bank account
See payout timing and where to change your bank.
Where: Web, for coaches
Open Payments, then choose the Payouts tab.
Read Payout timing. It says payments become eligible for automatic payout after Stripe's availability delay, and shows the number of days.
Use the Stripe panel on the page to see your balance and payouts.
To change your bank account or business details, choose the Settings tab. Use Account Settings.
Common questions
Why is the Payouts tab asking me to verify?
You must finish identity verification before payouts work. Until then the tab shows the same Identity verification required message as the top of Payments. See "Connect Stripe to get paid."
Can I get paid out instantly?
No. Instant payouts and changes to the payout schedule are turned off to protect your account.
Where does the money go?
To the bank account you added in Stripe.
What do the Overview numbers show?
Total Revenue (This Month) and the Revenue Trend (Last 6 Months) chart show what you received after fees.
