Buy Borelli credits
Pick one-time or recurring Borelli credits.
Where: Web or mobile app, for coaches
Steps
Tap the plus button, then Settings, then Account. You can also tap your profile picture on the home screen to open Account.
In your profile card, find Borelli generations. The number is how many you have left this month.
To buy more, tap Borelli generations. A Purchase Credits message opens. It says to visit your account settings on the Demotu web app.
Tap Open in Browser to go to the web app sign-in page. Tap OK to close the message.
On the web, follow the web steps above.
Common questions
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire 6 months after purchase. They are used in order of expiration, oldest first. Credit Balances shows each purchase with its expiry date.
Do credits replace my plan's monthly allowance?
No. They stack on top of it.
What happens when I cancel a monthly pack?
The pop-up says your existing credits stay available until they expire. You get no more monthly credits after the current billing period.
Can I swap to a bigger monthly pack?
Monthly packs stack. To switch, cancel the current one first, then buy the bigger one.
I see Access Restricted.
The page says generation credits can only be purchased by independent trainers or organization administrators. Ask your org admin.
Can I buy credits inside the app?
No. Buying happens on the web.
What do other coaches see?
On the generate screen, every coach sees a count such as "12/300 Borelli workouts."
I do not see Borelli generations.
Some organizations hide credits. Coaches in an organization do not see it. Ask your org admin.
