Cancel or resume your plan
Your plan stays active until the date shown.
Where: Web, for coaches
Open the account menu, choose Account, then click Manage Subscription.
On the plan card, click Cancel plan.
Read the message. It says your plan and any add-ons stay active until the date shown, then everything cancels.
Click Cancel plan to confirm, or Keep plan to stop. You will see the message "Plan set to cancel".
To undo this before the end date, click Resume plan on the plan card. You will see the message "Plan resumed". Add-ons that cancelled with your plan resume too.
Common questions
Do my add-ons cancel too?
Add-ons that are billed with your plan, plus Payment processing and Custom branding, cancel with it. Borelli credit subscriptions, AI Insights and a separately billed Nutrition add-on do not. Cancel those separately. See "Buy Borelli credits" and "Turn on AI Insights."
I don't see Cancel plan.
If your plan is managed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there. If you see Contact us instead, your plan is set up by Demotu. Email support@demotuapp.com.
