Add or remove an add-on

Steps
Tap the plus button, then Settings, then Account. You can also tap your profile picture on the home screen to open Account.
Scroll to Add-ons. You may see Payments ($9/mo), Nutrition ($19/mo), AI Insights (from $19/mo) and Custom Branding ($20/mo).
Read the status on each row. Renews and a date means it bills on its own. Billed with plan means it is part of your main subscription. Canceling means it stops at the end of the billing period. Active means it is on. Available means it is not on. A greyed Included button means it was given to you.
To turn one on, tap Enable. A payment form opens for Payments, Nutrition and Custom Branding. Confirm there. For AI Insights, tap Plans. Under Select a plan, pick a plan, then tap the Continue with button that names your plan and price.
To stop Nutrition, Custom Branding or AI Insights, tap Cancel. Then tap Cancel subscription in the window. To keep it, tap Cancel in the window. The window says it stays active until the end of the billing period. If the row says Billed with plan, the add-on is removed right away instead.
To open or cancel Payments, tap Open. See "Update your card or cancel the Payments add-on on mobile."
Common questions
What do the labels on a card mean?
Billed with plan means it is part of your main subscription. Renews and Cancels show a date. Included means it was given to you, so there is nothing to pay or remove. A bundled add-on has a Remove button. A separate one has a Cancel button.
When does a removed add-on stop?
A bundled add-on is removed right away. A separate one stays active until the end of your billing period.
The pop-up says "Add-ons require an active plan".
Click Choose a plan, pick a plan, then add the extra.
I subscribed in the mobile app. Can I still add extras?
Yes. The pop-up says you will be taken to Stripe. Click Continue to checkout to pay for the add-on there.

What does Upgrade do on AI Insights?
Your usage is high. Upgrade or Upgrade plan lets you pick a bigger AI Insights plan. A row can also say Usage getting high or Usage limit reached.
Why does a row say Included and have no Cancel button?
It was given to you or is part of your plan, so there is nothing to cancel here.
Why does it say Custom pricing and Contact us?
Your account has a custom contract. Tap Contact us to email support.
Where do I set up Custom Branding?
On the web. The row says "Configure your logo and colors on web."
I do not see Add-ons, or I cannot change them.
Only solo coaches and org admins can add or cancel add-ons. A coach in an organization may see Nutrition or AI Insights marked Included, with no other buttons. Ask your org admin.
