Common questions
Why is New Payment Request greyed out?
Stripe is not ready to take payments yet. Hover over the button. It says "Complete Stripe verification in Payments before creating payment requests." Finish setup in "Connect Stripe to get paid." If the button works but the request does not send, you may still need to finish identity verification.
Why can't I change the amount?
When you pick a package, the package sets the amount and payment type.
Can I cancel a request that was already paid?
No. You can cancel and resend only pending requests.
Can I send a request to someone who is not my client?
No. The client must already be one of your clients.
