Take a tour of Home
Find your way around Home, the Activity feed, Setup and the + menu on mobile.
Where: Web or mobile app, for coaches
Home is the first page you see after you sign in. It shows your clients, what they did lately, and links to the rest of the app. On mobile, use Home and the + menu.

See what your clients have been doing on the Activity feed

Each row shows the client's photo, name, how long ago it happened, what happened, and sometimes a detail line.
Tap a row to open the record. Assessment events open the results. Workout events open the workout. All other events open the client's profile.
To see more, tap See all with the arrow at the top right of the card. The client activity screen opens. If it has no events, See all is hidden.

Other accounts see a short guided tour on the Home screen. It starts with Welcome, then shows where to Start an assessment, then a read-only sample client profile, then You're all set!. It points at View as Client so you can preview the client side. It shows once on each phone.
Common questions
Why do I not see some tabs, filters, or menu items?
Home shows what your role and plan allow. For example, Filter by Coach is for admins, and Archive is for accounts that can archive clients.
Does the greeting change?
Yes. It says Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening, then your first name.
Can I change what the word "client" says?
Yes. If your organization uses another word, such as "athlete" or "member", Home shows that word instead.
Why does the feed change when I filter the client list?
On web, the feed uses the same group, coach, team, and tag filters you set above the client list.
What does "No activity matches this filter" mean?
No events fit the filter you picked. Switch back to All.
I see "No activity yet" on mobile.
Events show once your clients complete workouts, finish assessments, hit PRs, or check in.
Does the Activity card update by itself?
It loads fresh each time you open or come back to Home.
Whose clients show in the feed on mobile?
Only clients you can see in Demotu. For most coaches, that is your own clients plus clients shared with you through your teams. Org admins see every client in the organization. Staff admins see the clients of the staff in their scope.
What shows up in the feed?
Examples: completed workouts and workout comments, new PRs, finished assessments, submitted check-ins, progress photos, weigh-ins, connected wearables, missed workouts, overdue check-ins, no-shows, clients who have gone quiet, training blocks ending soon, and new clients who joined your roster. It also flags health trends such as low sleep, low recovery, or rapid weight change.
What are the other reports in the Reporting card?
Workout Adherence and Results Report show in the same card.
Why is my Leaderboard empty?
You see "No leaderboard entries match the current filters yet." Clear the tags and dates, or pick a different movement. The Exercise PR Board also needs you to pick an exercise before it can rank anyone.
Why does my Setup list look different from a friend's?
Setup shows only what you can use. Your role, your organization, and your plan change the list. Assignments, Account, and Payments are in the same menu as Setup, next to your initials. Payments shows only for some accounts.
Can I skip the setup window after I subscribe?
No. There is no skip or close button. Select through the steps to the last one, then select Done. It takes under a minute.
Can I open the setup window again?
No. It opens only once, right after you subscribe. To find the same things later, select Admin in the left menu. Select your initials at the bottom left for Account, Payments and Setup. If you bought Branding or Payments, a dot shows on your initials and on Account or Payments until you open that page. The dot shows only in that browser session.
Why did I not see the setup window?
It shows only when you subscribe with Branding, Payments, or a new organization. A plain subscription, or one with only Nutrition or Borelli add-ons, shows the message "Subscription activated successfully!" instead. If the checkout cannot be confirmed, you see "An error occurred. Please try again." and no window. Each step also shows only if it applies to you. For example, the Payments step shows only if you bought the Payments add-on.
What happens after the Team step?
When you open Account, a window titled "Welcome to your Organization!" asks you to name your organization.
Why is Messages missing in the + menu on mobile?
You are not in an organization, or messaging is not turned on for your account.
Why is Learning missing in the + menu on mobile?
Your organization has not shared any videos for coaches yet.
