A client walks in with knee pain and a stalled program. A targeted movement assessment tells you where that pain comes from, and the source is often somewhere other than the knee. Chronic knee discomfort can originate from poor pelvic alignment or an asymmetry in hip abduction strength, and no amount of knee-focused work fixes a hip problem.
