Consultation Setup: Flow Builder
Edit the screening questions, custom cards, and section order used during consultation.

Locate the health screening section at the beginning of the consultation

Rename the health screening section title from the default to match your workflow

Expand the health screening section to view all screening questions

Review and edit existing screening questions

Delete screening questions no longer needed

Add new screening questions using different response types: free text, yes/no, or rating scale

Mark questions as required to ensure they must be answered during screening

Collapse the screening questions list to return to main consultation settings

Scroll down to the custom cards section

Tap the plus icon to create a new custom card

Enter a name for the new custom card

Add an optional description for the custom card

Create custom fields within the card to gather needed information

Scroll down to the consultation card order section

Use the arrows to reorder the cards to define the sequence they appear during consultation
