Client Page Tour

A client's page holds everything about one client. This article is a map of the page. Each part has its own article for the details.

Steps

  1. Open Home and stay on the Clients tab. Select a client's row. To find one fast, type the name in the search box.

  2. Read the header at the top. It shows the client's name and a line under it that says No account or when the client was last active. Below that are small chips: age, phone, weight, height, gender, and email. An Archived chip shows for an archived client. A coach name chip shows for organization and team admins. Colored chips are the client's tags, such as Active Client. To change any of these, select the pencil next to the name. See Edit a client's profile.

  3. Use the icon buttons at the right of the header. Point at an icon to see its name.

    • Documents: opens the client's documents. See Upload and manage a client's documents.

    • Consultation: shows only when consultations are turned on for your account.

    • Archive Client (the word follows your organization's label): archives the client after you confirm. It shows for coaches, team admins, and organization admins, but not on your own profile. An archived client gets an Unarchive button instead.

    • Create Account: makes a login for a client who has none. It is grey until the client has an email. When the client has an account, you see Send Reset Password Link and Set Temporary Password instead.

  4. Pick a tab under the header:

  5. On the Assessments tab, the left side lists the sessions, newest first. Each card shows a score circle, the date, and the movements tested. Select a card to open it on the right.

  6. On the right, read the date at the top, then the scores: Overall, Mobility, Stability, and Compensation. The Notes card is next to them. Below it is Assessment Overview, with the scores for each movement.

  7. Use the bar above the list. Pick a movement, or set a Start date and End date, to narrow the list. Select Clear to remove the dates. On the right of the bar are three buttons:

  8. To edit the client, select the pencil next to the name. The Edit Client window opens. It has the photo, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Gender, weight, height, Coach Assignment (shown to admins, and to coaches who can see more than one coach), and Client Tags. Select Save Changes to save. Select Delete Client only if you want to remove the client. For some organizations this button reads Archive.

  9. To go to another client, use the arrows at the top right of the page. See Find, open and delete clients. Select Back at the top left to return to the list.

Common questions

Why don't I see a tab on my client's page?

Some tabs show only in certain cases. Wearables shows only when your account has the newer client account layout, and it is hidden for consultation-only clients. Messages is hidden for consultation-only clients. A Sessions tab shows when your organization uses MOSO and the client is linked.

Why is the Messages tab grey?

The client has no account yet. Create one with the Create Account button in the header. The client needs an email first.

Why is the Create Account button grey?

Add the client's email with the pencil. The button turns on once there is an email.

Where is the Consultation button?

It shows only after consultations are set to Live in Settings.
